I want to show you a very easy way to make a seamless tile in psp using no outside filters.

1. Open a new transparent image 400 x 400

2. Flood fill with a color of your choice... I used #D6BDBD for my tile.

3. set your background color to null and your foreground color to a contrasting color... I used #000000. See image


4. Use your draw tool line width set to 6 freehand line.

and scribble some lines on your image.

Looks kind of funky doesn't it?? Not to worry!!!!!

5. Go to Effects, Geometric Effects Curly Q's with the following settings


6. Now go back to Effects, Geometric Effects, Wave and apply the following settings


7. Now use your seletion tool using the following settings

and select an area in the center of your image... allow plenty of room all around!!!

8. Go to Selections, Convert to Seamless Pattern.

9. Save your new tile and use it proudly!!!!!!

Here is my tile that I did... and a couple of others using different colors.
